Refunds are reviewed fairly and according to the payment route.
International subscriptions
Stripe or another configured checkout provider processes international payments. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. If a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, contact support promptly with the checkout email and transaction reference.
Pakistani transfers
A submitted receipt is only a request for verification. Rejected or unverifiable submissions do not activate Pro. If money reached the configured FlowistCV account but access was not provided, contact support with the FlowistCV reference and transaction ID. Approved refund requests are returned through an available method after identity and transaction checks.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be declined for consumed subscription periods, fraudulent or altered receipts, chargeback abuse, or requests that cannot be matched to a payment. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request review
Email laraibkohiwala@gmail.com with the account email, payment reference, reason, and relevant transaction evidence. Never send a password or full card number.
